Are my card details secure?

Dependent upon your choice of payment, we use either Paypal, Clearpay, Klarna or Opayo (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) to process all our credit, debit and charge card payments. Before entering your card details on the payment page, there are a few things you can look for to ensure the page is secure. All Paypal, Clearpay, Klarna and Opayo payment pages are regularly audited by an independent auditor to make sure they comply with the latest security standards.

A padlock image shows that your details are being collected securely using 128 bit SSL technology. Clicking on the padlock will show you the SSL certificate. Depending on what Internet web browser you’re using, the padlock can be located in 3 different areas:

  • Bottom right hand corner
  • Next to the address bar
  • Top right hand corner​

If you can’t see the padlock on the payment page, make sure the URL starts with ‘https’ instead of ‘http’. The extra ‘s’ shows you the page is secure.

Due to the nature of our payments system, the full cost of the order will be charged to the card as soon as it is placed.

Clearpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for £100, you pay 4 instalments of £25. There is no additional cost to use Clearpay so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest-free and you will receive your order straight away.

Flexible Payment Options with Klarna

Iamdeadstock are proud to offer a new, more flexible way for customers to pay for their orders. With Klarna you can choose to split your order payments into 3 parts, or defer payment for 30 days – giving you time to check your items are right and only pay for what you keep.

We offer 2 different ways to pay with Klarna:

  1. Pay later in 30 days: Buy today, and pay in 30 days time. Only pay for what you keep. No interest, no fees (if paid within 30 days).
  2. Pay in 3: Buy today and pay in 3 equal payments. First payment when you place the order, with payments 2 and 3 scheduled for 30 and 60 days later respectively.

Klarna’s Pay in 3 instalments and Pay in 30 days credit agreements are not regulated by the FCA. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna and other lenders. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs apply.

Klarna Pay Later in 30 Days

Shop now but pay later. Just select the Klarna payment option to ‘Pay Later in 30 days” at the checkout. All orders are shipped right away. You have a chance to try things on for size, and return anything that’s not right. Only pay for what you’ve kept. No interest, no fees (if paid within 30 days).

How to use it?

  1. Choose the items you want to buy from Iamdeadstock. Add them to your basket and head over to the checkout.
  2. Click the Klarna payment option ‘Pay Later in 30 days’ at the checkout – no need to create an account, there is no credit application.
  3. Place your order and it will be despatched as normal.
  4. You’ll receive a Klarna email with instructions on how to pay.
  5. You then have 30 days to pay.
  6. You can pay via credit or debit card in the Klarna app or by logging into

Klarna Pay in 3

Klarna Pay in 3 is a new way to pay that allows you to spread the cost of your order over 3 payments. Just select the Klarna payment option for ‘3 interest-free instalments” at the checkout.

 Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed by Iamdeadstock and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively.

  1. You must be 18 years or over
  2. A valid mobile number and email address
  3. A UK residential address
  4. A UK bank account with good credit history
  5. A credit/debit card to be valid for 60 days from purchase date

How to use it?

  1. Choose the items you want to buy from Iamdeadstock. Add them to your basket and head over to the checkout.
  2. You must have sufficient funds available on your credit or debit card for the first payment at the time of ordering.
  3. Click the Klarna payment option ‘3 interest-free instalments’ at the checkout.
  4. Place your order and it will be despatched as normal.
  5. Pay in 3 equal payments – the first when you place the order, the second 30 days later, and the third 60 days after placing the order.

Other Klarna Considerations:

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as Iamdeadstock have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.

What happens to my statement, when I’ve returned the goods?

Once Iamdeadstock has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you’ve made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.

I have cancelled my order. How long will it take until I receive my refund?

As soon as Iamdeadstock have registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.
