For starters, just look at it! Stone Island are rightly revered for their design and innovation and the Stone Island Membrana 3L TC Jacket ticks all the right boxes. Built using a lightweight and tough Membrana 3L TC material that consists of three layers. An opaque Nylon outer layer affixed to a waterproof and breathable inner skin which in turn is protected with an ultra-lightweight Polyester base layer.
All Stone Island Jackets are cut and sewn pre the dyeing process and it is at this stage each garment becomes, well for want of a better word, unique. The high level of artisanship from the bods involved in the process at the Stone Island Colour Laboratory, and the colour recipes used, makes each jacket unrepeatable. To finish the garment, a specialist anti-drop agent is added to the dye formula (an anti-drop agent helps to further bring out colour hues and to keep the garment water and dirt-repellent).
Item detailing includes a high collar (that conceals a foldaway hood), two front horizontal zipped pockets, two front diagonal side pockets, full length front zip with velcro storm flap over, elasticated cuffs and waistband let’s not forget the all-important and iconic detachable Stone Island compass badge to the upper left arm.
